Support services are provided to companies, organisations or individuals and include (but are not necessarily limited to):
- Input into the Conference Programme
- Preparation of accounting information, such as budgets, cash flow and industry statistics prior to the conference
- Market research information related to the conference concerning:
- Entrance fees, sponsorship income and other conference revenue
- Conference expenses (incl. venue hire, speaker expenses, insurance, etc)
- Obtaining details of possible delegates, speakers & sponsors
- Co-ordinating and instigating promotional activities to maximise attendance
- Design and production / print of promotional literature
- Design and production / print of event materials
- Venue liaison and management
- Exhibitor bookings and management
- Sponsorship bookings and management
- Speaker selection and management
- Delegate management (incl. bookings, correspondence, on-site registration)
