Conference Secretariat and Event Management Services

Support services are provided to companies, organisations or individuals and include (but are not necessarily limited to):

  • Input into the Conference Programme
  • Preparation of accounting information, such as budgets, cash flow and industry statistics prior to the conference
  • Market research information related to the conference concerning:
    • Entrance fees, sponsorship income and other conference revenue
    • Conference expenses (incl. venue hire, speaker expenses, insurance, etc)
    • Obtaining details of possible delegates, speakers & sponsors
  • Co-ordinating and instigating promotional activities to maximise attendance
    • Design and production / print of promotional literature
    • Design and production / print of event materials
  • Venue liaison and management
  • Exhibitor bookings and management
  • Sponsorship bookings and management
  • Speaker selection and management
  • Delegate management (incl. bookings, correspondence, on-site registration)
